Hip’tique considers the information you share with us to be personal and confidential. We do not sell, trade, or rent any of your personal information to others. We hold your email address in strictest confidence. We do not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute your address to any third party. Users cannot opt out of administrative type emails such as order confirmation messages. When you place an order, we’ll ask you for your name, email address, mailing address, billing address, and credit card number with expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Hip’tique allows you to choose not to receive additional communications via email.

You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by UPS.
Shipping cost are borne by the purchaser and are based on the weight of the order and shipping method you choose.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 -48 hours of receipt of your order (Monday-Friday).
Orders received before 12:00noon EST are typically shipped the that day.
All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following business day (i.e. Monday).
We observe all national holidays.

Hip’tique Return Policy
We at Hip’tique, want you to love what you buy. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Hip’tique will accept returns for exchange or store credit only.
In order to return merchandise a return authorization request (RA) must be made.
Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
All returns must be received within 10 days of return authorization request.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.
Hip’tique has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Hip’tique's Return Policy requirements.
FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE ALL SALE MERCHANDISE, JEWELRY, HANDBAGS, ACCESSORIES, & MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges, but items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in our boutique if accompanied by the original packing receipt and within the 7 day time frame. All merchandise that is purchased at www.shop.hiptiquepa.com must be returned by an insured carrier to our address.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Step 1. Please call (412-361-5817) or email us at order@hiptiquepa.com within 7 days with your reason for the return or exchange and you will receive a Return Authorization Request Number (RA#). Please be aware that the issuance of an RA# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted nor will you be be automatically credited. Returns must be in accordance with our return policy.
Step 2. The RA number must be included on your original packing receipt, and all return merchandise must be received by Hip’tique within 10 days of issuing an RA #.
Please print out the email containing your RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.
Step 3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Hip’tique within 10 days of receipt of RA#. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

(It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Hip’tique does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Hip’tique cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
*Please note that RA# must be legibly written on the outside of package to insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be processed/credited without an RA#.
Step 4. We will process all authorized returned goods within five business days of receipt. Upon inspection an email will be sent regarding your return status. Should the returned goods meet Hip’tique’s returns policy, an email will be sent to you with return confirmation and store credit will be applied to your Hip’tique account (Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax (if any) will be credited. Shipping charges are not refundable). Goods that do not meet the returned good policy will be returned to the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Store credit is permanently on file and yours to use at your discretion. Credit must be used within one year of purchase.
USING YOUR STORE CREDIT
To use your online credit, simply place a new order and in the Special Instructions section during checkout simply write "PLEASE APPLY MY STORE CREDIT." The total amount of your order will be adjusted once we receive the order, it will not be reflected on your order until we adjust it.
